Born and raised with a keen interest in structures and design, Mujtaba pursued his passion by enrolling in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), where he successfully graduated in Civil Engineering in 2016. His years at JNTUH shaped not only his technical knowledge but also his vision to contribute to sustainable and innovative construction practices.
Early Career and Professional Growth
After completing his education, Mujtaba co-founded UIK Construction Solutions, a venture that aimed to bring smart, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions to both residential and commercial projects. As a co-founder, he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through its formative years, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
Later, he moved on to gain corporate exposure by joining WSP India, one of the leading global engineering consultancy firms. At WSP, Mujtaba worked alongside top engineers and project managers, gaining invaluable experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, planning, and execution. This phase of his career allowed him to refine his skills in project design, management, and quality assurance.
